Story | Every second, 100 tonnes of waste end up in the sea, 80% of which are plastic waste. The accumulation of plastic waste in the seas is becoming increasingly alarming: according to estimates by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, oceans could contain more plastic than fish by 2050. Our initiative "Stop Plastic Horror" aims to raise awareness among consumers about the devastating impact of plastic pollution on oceans and marine life and inspire people to rethink their use of plastic bags and adopt environmentally friendly alternatives The concept behind the campaign was straightforward: to make the world a less scary place to inhabit. The goal was to capitalize on Halloween's popularity and shift focus to a more critical issue - the environment. A collection of visuals was created, featuring jarring and shocking images of plastic bags engulfing oceans and jeopardizing marine creatures. |
